麥田怪圈

麥田怪圈是指在農田如小麥、大麥、黑麥、玉米、油菜等農田上通過某種力量把農作物壓平而產生出幾何圖案。麥田怪圈也稱農作物陣型，因為他們並不總是圓的形狀。麥田怪圈的出現並沒有一個確切的時間。有資料記載的此類現象出現於20世紀70年代。在20世紀的最後30年內大約出現了一萬個麥田怪圈，而90％的麥田怪圈發生在英國南部。許多陣型都出現在古文明遺跡附近，如史前巨石陣。一項研究指出，2003年英國大約有一半的麥田怪圈在埃夫伯里周圍15千米範圍內的地區被發現。
